At Rocklin, we provide guidance to help students prepare for university. Starting in Grade 8, each student receives year-round support to ensure they are prepared for their future educational and career goals. Our goal is to give students the skills and resources they need to graduate and leave high school with confidence and a clear plan for what comes next.
Rocklin is registered with College Board®️ and offers Advanced Placement®️ (AP®️) courses, which can count for university credit. Students have the opportunity to participate in the AP Capstone™️ program and earn an AP Capstone Diploma™️.
Additionally, Rocklin is an approved testing center for SAT®️ exams. Beginning in 8th grade, Rocklin students take the Preliminary SAT®️ (PSAT™️ 8/9 PSAT™️ 10, PSAT/NMSQT®️2) each year and are encouraged to take the SAT®️ during their 11th and/or 12th grade years.
